This Privacy Policy explains how Basecubes (“Basecubes,” “we,” “us”) handles the information you share with us. Basecubes is a DBA of JMF Solutions, an Ohio LLC.

What We Collect
Information you submit through our quote, custom build, and AO2 compatibility forms — including your name, email address, phone number, company, project details, messages, and the products and layouts included in your quote.
Basic usage data — pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and referring site — collected through Google Analytics.
Technical data needed to keep the site secure, including spam checks performed by Cloudflare Turnstile.
How We Use It
We use the information we collect to respond to quote and custom build requests, confirm floor plans and orders, provide support, improve the site, and prevent spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service Providers
We work with service providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and hosting of form submissions), Resend (email delivery), Google Analytics (site analytics), Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection), and our website hosting provider.
Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to measure how the site is used. You can opt out by installing Google's browser opt-out add-on or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers listed above, when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or sale.
Retention
We keep quote and inquiry records as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices & Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@basecubes.com.
California Residents
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to request correction of inaccurate information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above.
