These Terms of Service govern your purchase from Basecubes (“Basecubes,” “we,” “us”). Basecubes is a DBA of JMF Solutions (“JMF Solutions”), an Ohio LLC, located in Ohio.
Orders & Floor Plan Confirmation
For most orders, we will prepare a drawn layout based on your submitted floor plan or configuration. Your signed approval of this layout constitutes final confirmation of dimensions, configuration, and materials prior to fulfillment.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed. Payment is due as specified at checkout or on your quote.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping timelines, damage procedures, and return eligibility are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Product Compatibility
Compatibility guidance provided on this site (e.g. regarding power spine or existing furniture systems) is offered as general guidance based on typical industry standards and does not constitute a guarantee of fit for your specific existing equipment. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility prior to ordering.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JMF Solutions and Basecubes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
